THE INSIGHT

Millions of food delivery riders in northern part of China work under tough winter weathers to meet tight delivery deadlines. Their primary protection against the cold is putting up a quilt in front of their motorbikes. However, if they are late or mix up the order, their ratings and earnings will be lowered when customers make complaints on the App.

THE IDEA

I transformed the motorbike itself into a visual reminder of the riders' working conditions that encouraged greater public empathy and appreciation for their tireless work during winter.
